The bottom-mounted high-shear emulsification pump, emulsifying machine for the bottom of liquid-washing pots is a high-performance dispersing and emulsifying machine designed for bottom entry into containers. It mixes, emulsifies, and disperses free-flowing or viscous liquid media in batch operations. Using the rotor-stator principle, the ECA is suitable for applications that cannot be completed with traditional stirring methods.
Product Features:
Suitable for special environments or hygiene requirements, it is installed at the bottom of containers. It is a bottom-mounted high-shear dispersing emulsifying machine that can discharge materials or circulate them after processing. With traditional bottom-mounted tank installations, materials cannot be discharged separately after processing. The ECA can provide two different circulation modes: internal and external.
The ECA machine can avoid strong vortices and aeration, even when the tank has a very low filling level or the container is emptied during stirring or dispersion.
The ECA machine has a simple and sturdy design. Three-phase motor, rotor drive shaft, and flange, equipped with a rotor combined with a compact unit with a cover. The standard ECA version is suitable for handling temperatures up to 120 °C. The shaft seal uses low-maintenance mechanical seals.
